The Living Collective Hilton houses have been very popular among our guests. We noticed an increase in long term stays. These demands necessitated us looking for an additional property to add on our portfolio.

Garlington Estate made sense because it met all the criteria I was looking for. It is strategically located close to the Hilton Life hospital, as well as the newly developed Avenue shopping Centre. The estate also boasts an in-house restaurant which will be a major convenience for our clients.
Our property remains a tranquil place for our guest to enjoy, therefore we have a NO party policy for all our properties. This policy ensures that our clients enjoy modern houses in a peaceful countryside.
